Why we built it
PipeBook 360 was built inside a working underground utility company, RT Infrastructure in Winchester, Kentucky. We were tired of footage written on scraps of paper, daily reports done from memory on Friday, and change orders that took a week to get signed. So we built the tool we wanted: the crew logs it in the ditch, the office sees it the same day, and the customer signs from their phone.
